The Genesis-Mission:
The idea of realising world-wide autonomy in the question of energy had already been in existence a long time before the actual founding of the company. The fundamental concepts had already been available since the 1980s and the founders of the Genesis of today had already been living them then.

The increasingly more urgent complex problems of increasing energy costs, world-wide population explosion, reduction in the productive areas of cultivation available and dwindling resources lent the concept of the “Genesis effect” a new lease of life.

The Genesis Effect:
The Genesis effect puts every single human being on this planet in the position of being able to sustain himself independently regarding energy and other basic needs. Clean drinking water, fertile soil, cooling in summer and heating in winter – only when all of this is guaranteed without restriction are people in a position to express themselves and lead contented lives.

In order to realise this vision, it is necessary to combine the most innovative and effective energy and treatment systems in a constantly updated product portfolio and to adapt these to fit the particular conditions that dominate in the various regions of this world.

Technical development in these areas is marching unstoppably ahead, and thus it is also that Genesis and its concepts for a solution are constantly developing.

The Genesis effect does not merely leave nature untouched thereby, but indeed supports it, as each person who is autonomous in matters of energy is also an active environmentalist, prepared to assume responsibility and, thanks to his unrestricted quality of life due to the Genesis product portfolio, to do the world some good – the whole year round.

Second-Hand Energy is totally out!
By second-hand energy, one means antiquated forms of energy generation such as the burning of fossil materials such as wood or coal – in the meantime, truly an act of irresponsibility. A small, private open fire is indeed cosy and increases one’s own sense of well-being, but the energy-autonomist thinks in terms of the bigger picture and attains freedom of thought, flexibility and independence. He maximises his options and thus his own life.

Displeasure concerning the resources and energy lobbying from governments, and cares regarding the growing costs are foreign to him, for the energy-autonomist has all the solutions to his own existential self-sufficiency in his immediate vicinity.

This clear conscience not only makes him free, but also leaves him unperturbed with regard to catastrophes. Global warming has led to an increase in environmentally-conditioned threats. In the event of a natural catastrophe in his immediate vicinity, the autonomist’s livelihood continues to be guaranteed by his own infrastructure.

Genesis has compiled a product portfolio that supports those who are existentially self-sufficient world-wide and in all walks of life optimally in their autonomy.

Manufacturing:
The manufacturing methods of Genesis energy and supply systems are particularly dear to our hearts, for what is the value of resource-saving and sustainable solutions if their manufacture destroys natural resources?

Clean concepts speak a plain language, however: in Switzerland, Genesis is currently realising its first plant for photovoltaic panels, whereby the entire production process is based on self-generated, 100% ecological energy. Our PV panels have from the very beginning been an instrument that is, for the environment, neutral and energy bringing. Nature remains completely untouched thereby.

Environmental Protection and Occupational Safety:
The Genesis group can guarantee high quality only with ecologically worthwhile production and products. Specifically for this reason, we feel an obligation to secure and maintain natural resources.

Our principles for environmental protection and occupational safety are an element of our corporate philosophy – of the organisation – and they form the objectives for all areas of the company. We derive these principles starting from the core statements made in the corporate and quality principles.

The integration of environmental protection and occupational safety into our corporate organisation ensures the monitoring and observance of these principles.

The Future:
From the first idea until today, Genesis has proved that solutions exist both in large and small dimensions that make people independent and are thereby affordable and realisable.

This is all part of the Genesis effect, that can already be experienced today, at any time and any place in the entire world.

However, urgency is the order of the day. Climate agreements that are not adhered to or possibly even not ratified in the first place, increasing energy costs and – as a consequence of that – sinking profit margins allow only one consequence: My very own personal climate agreement with the Genesis effect.

Genesis is setting up a world-wide community. In this way, energy autonomists may get in touch with one another and remain in contact.
