Auditors

Ernst & Young have been the Genesis auditors since December 29th 2009. The auditors are elected every year by the general assembly. The Directorate Committee “Revision” is responsible for the shaping of Directorate’s supervisory and controlling instruments with which it is to assess the performance of the external auditors, and judges this on an annual basis. It must also approve all mandates for additional auditing tasks and all audit-related and other services in advance.
