Ethical Codex

The “Behavioural and Ethical Codex” defines principles and manners. Genesis expects from all of its employees and from the members of its Directorate that they adhere strictly to this codex. The principles and standards described therein serve as a guideline for all business activities of Genesis and dealings with the company’s various interest groups such as customers, colleagues, shareholders, authorities and business partners. The codex also forms the basis for all instructions, guidelines and communiqués issued by Genesis regarding the personal obligation of each and every employee to conduct him-/herself in an appropriate and responsible manner towards both the company and the environment.
