Executive Board

The management comprises Genesis Invest AG CEO Andreas Bachmann, Genesis Americas LLC CEO Dirk Saecker and Genesis Solartec AG CEO Armin Pörnbacher as well as the managers of the respective divisions and subsidiaries of the Genesis group. The members of the executive board are appointed by the administrative board.

In accordance with the statutes, the group management comprises one or more members, who may also serve on the administrative board at the same time. Accordingly, the administrative board has delegated the entire management to the CEO of Genesis. The CEO is entitled to transfer his powers to subordinate positions and particularly to other members of the executive board.

In Switzerland, the term executive board (Geschäftsleitung) is standard as the designation of the body, whereas the term management (Geschäftsführung) is used to denote the actual function.
