Corporate structures are becoming increasingly complex and globalisation is resulting in groups that are interlinked around the world, operating across state and cultural boundaries and across the various national legal systems. In most companies, these structures are generally organised solely on the basis of cost considerations.

Consequently, the Genesis organisational structure includes the following principles:
Genesis Invest AG is responsible for the commercial supervision as well as the strategic and financial management of the Genesis group. The strategic and financial management of the operationally independent subsidiaries is ensured by the same having introduced a division of powers prescribed by the Genesis administrative board.

The finance department at Genesis Invest AG is responsible for the financial management of the Genesis group and its subsidiaries. The area of finance ensures standard accounting principles as well as consolidated actual and budget figures for the entire group. It procures and manages financial resources and manages the controlling of investments and holdings at group level.

Further, the Genesis group is committed to its social responsibility and to the new principles of the “Global Compact” initiative of the United Nations. To this end, the corporate management and human resources elements of our company have integrated internationally applicable principles for the social responsibility of the company into the organisation regulations. The principles of social responsibility are integrated as a permanent element of the conduct guidelines (code) and company organisation.

A lively model and clear core values generate identification with the entire corporate group. Our slim organisation structures, short distances and decentralised responsibilities in the operational companies encourage the entrepreneurial spirit of the staff.
