Rules of Organisation

The Directorate, supported by Article 716b of the Code of Obligations and Articles 24 and 26 of the Genesis Statutes, has issued newly adapted Rules of Organisation (OGR). The OGR has been in force since February 8th 2010. It governs all details pertaining to the organisation of the company and the duties and powers of its various bodies.

The most important areas covered by the OGR are:

• Directorate, Directorate Committees, President
• Executive Board, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Risk Officer ..and the CEOs of subsidiary companies
• Auditing
