The statutes are the company’s basic legal document. They are approved by the general assembly and govern the following questions in particular:

• Amount and composition of the share capital and organisation of the shares register
• Organisation, duties and responsibilities of the general assembly
• Composition, duties and competences of the Directorate
• Composition, duties and competences of the Group Management
• Duties of the External Auditors
