Structure

Genesis is divided into five corporate divisions:
• Genesis Invest AG - Purchasing of patents and licences
• Genesis Technics AG - Sale of the technical products
• Genesis Solartec AG - Development, production and sale of solar panels
• Genesis Smart Home - Development, production and sale of autonomous systems
• Genesis Organics - Development, production and sale of soil regenerators

At its highest level, Genesis has two strictly separate leadership bodies. The functions of the President of the Directorate on the one hand, and of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on the other, are assigned to two different persons so that a rigorous separation of powers is guaranteed.

This structure creates mutual control mechanisms and grants the Directorate independence from the company’s daily business operations, for which the Group Management bears responsibility. Nobody is permitted to be a member of both bodies.
