Information Policy

In the course of a year we meet with institutional investors world-wide and regularly present our results, organise specific seminars for investors, run road shows and hold meetings with individual institutional and private investors and groups. As well as members of our Investor-Relations team, representatives of our Senior Management also participate in such meetings whenever possible.

We also avail ourselves of the latest communications infrastructures and media in order to widen the circle of those receiving our information and strengthen the contact with our shareholders all around the globe.

Our registered shareholders receive (inasmuch as they do not explicitly forego it) a summary of our annual reporting, which gives an overview of Genesis and its activities during the course of the year and also contains the most important financial information. Every three months, the shareholders are concisely informed as to the latest state of affairs in the current quarter. In order to guarantee fair access to and fair distribution of our information, all our publications are available to all our shareholders at the same time.
